Swoozie Ramblings

Bought fabric for classroom curtains tonight. I bought navy blue for the panels and a red, white, and blue striped fabric for the scarf. $45 later I still don't have a clue how I am going to manage to hang them. The whole wall is concrete. There are the most hideous blinds which go all the way to the ceiling. I am thinking self adhesive hooks to hold the rods? I also thought about rope or wire? Ack! I knew there was a reason I haven't had curtains for the last six years. If I make any progress, I will post pictures..
