Swoozie Ramblings

Today we made models of the Earth. For the core we used a Whopper, the mantle consisted of peanut butter, the crust was ground graham crackers. I know, not very scientific but they got the picture. It was a messy concoction, but fun! The core is supposed to be solid but I had to settle for Whoppers since I couldn't find hazelnuts anywhere.
Tomorrow we are using biscuit dough to emulate how plates converge to form mountain ranges. I just love teaching science. Yummy and fun!
