A few inquiries about the onion casserole recipe so here goes:

Onion Casserole with Cornbread Stuffing

4 large Vidalia onions, sliced
1 1/4 cup cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Cook onions in butter until they become transparent. Combine with other ingredients (except bread crumbs) and place in casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake uncovered in 300 degree oven for 45-60 minutes, or until brown.
