Swoozie Ramblings

Today was terrible. The air conditioning in our whole building was out and it was hot, humid, and nasty. Toss in 22 fifth grade bodies and you have one rancid recipe. It was a very quiet day since they are smart enough to know that the more they open their mouth and expel hot air the warmer the room gets.

I mailed off Easter packages to the family today. It is going to be one lonely Easter Sunday around here. I think a "date with self" is in order. I actually thought about heading out to see "Ghosts of the Abyss" at the IMAX this weekend. I have always been interested in the Titanic and its history. I have heard it is phenomenal.

Not sure what the plans are for Cinco de Mayo this year. Last year, each grade level made a pinata. I don't know how we would top our award winning chili pepper!
